Apply For Foster Care Through My Access Florida

You must register for a My Access Florida account if you want to apply for foster care in Florida. There are two ways to sign up for an account - through the Florida Department of Children and Families' website, or by phone. For more information, see a video made by the department. This is what you can expect from signing up for My Access Florida. Contact the department at 1-877-644-333327 if you have any questions.

MyAccess account

For Florida foster care to be available, you will need a MyAccess account. You can apply online, or by mail. First, you will need to decide how you would prefer to receive notifications about the case. Email notifications are available if you choose to receive them. After you accept the terms, go through the checklist. After you have approved the checklist, your MyAccess account will be available in Florida.

To create a MyAccess account in Florida, first, you'll need to create an account. To access your account, you will need a UserID and password. Forgot your password or User ID? Click on the link to retrieve it. If that fails, contact the Florida DCF Call Center. Customer service representatives are available from 7 am to 6 pm Monday through Friday, 8 am to noon on Saturday, and 1 pm to 5 pm on Sunday.

Register for a MyAccess Account

If you live in Florida, and would like to access your EBT card details, you will need to create a MyAccess Account. You can access your information 24 hours a day through this account. To change your password, you can click the forgotten password link after you have created your account. The Florida DCF Customer Call Center can help you reset your password if you don't remember it. Representatives are available seven days a week from 7 am to 6 pm, and on weekends from 1 pm to 5 pm. They are available to answer customer questions and offer assistance.


To open a MyAccess account for Florida, visit ACCESS Florida. A User ID and password are required. Enter the correct security information when you create an account. After you have selected security questions, you are able to proceed with the creation of your account. After this step is completed, you will be able log into your account to view your public aid information and other account features. Click on the button "Check in" to login to MyAccess.

Log in to MyAccess

You will need a valid username and password to log in to MyAccess. Forgot your User ID? link on the "Returning Users" login portal. To reset your password, you will need to enter your first, last, date of birth and case number. Enter all information correctly. If you still can't remember your username and password, contact the Help Desk and request a reset.

Once you have completed the registration, you will be able to use MyAccess Florida. The email you receive will contain instructions on how to change your password. MyAccess Florida allows you to view public assistance information as well as other account features. To log in, you will need your MyAccess Florida password and User ID. Once you've entered the details, click the button "Sign in" to use MyAccess Florida. You'll then be taken to MyAccess Florida.

Reset the password for MyAccess

For any myACCESS Florida account, you need a User ID and a password. You can reset your password by clicking on "Forgot you password?" Follow the steps to reset your password. You can also call the Florida DCF Customer Call Center if you prefer not to use a computer. Customer service representatives are available seven days a week, 7 am to 6 pm on Mondays through Fridays, and from noon to 5pm on Saturdays and Sundays.

Log in at MyAccess Florida Locate your User ID in the Returning Users login portal. Next, click "Reset your password." This will reset the password for MyAccess Florida. Once you've completed the process, you'll receive a confirmation email. You can then login to your online account and retrieve your lost password. This process takes approximately five minutes and is fully automated.
