The course will not succeed if these assumptions are not met. There are several ways to make learning for adults enjoyable. Here are six assumptions about adult learners. Each assumption will be addressed in this article and the best ways for educators to accommodate it.

Adults can pursue higher education if they have a good reason. For adults to pursue higher education, they need a deeper reason. In addition, adults need a convenient and accessible mode of learning. The educators must be able to give relevant, useful information that is attractive and makes the course engaging. Then, learners can explore the advantages of the program.

Active inquiry

Traditional classroom instruction teaches students how to memorize facts. But adults can benefit from more active inquiry-based teaching. It fosters students' natural curiosity and enables them to solve problems in their own ways.
